Outbox

Built “Outbox,” an internal email-template management tool for Attuned, after watching how long it took to create or edit a customer-facing email template through the existing process.

The change was entirely in workflow: templates went from a multi-day round trip to something anyone could edit and ship in minutes, without needing an engineer in the loop for routine changes.
