New Attuned

Envisioned, planned, and led a ground-up rewrite of the entire Attuned platform — “New Attuned” — using agentic engineering, with feature parity against the legacy system as the first milestone.

Owned architecture and system design end-to-end: monorepo layout, AWS Lambda + DynamoDB + CloudFront on CDK, Neon Postgres with Drizzle, full-stack TypeScript on Next.js. Delivered in five months with a team of two.

Alongside the rewrite, introduced trunk-based CI/CD, automated end-to-end tests, preview environments, canary alarms, and production guardrails — moving deploy frequency from once every two to three weeks to roughly ten a day, with merge-to-production lead time down from about a week to under an hour, change failure rate under 1%, and MTTR under an hour.
