New AttunedNew Attuned

Envisioned, planned, and led a ground-up rewrite of the entire Attuned platform — “New Attuned” — using agentic engineering, with feature parity against the legacy system as the first milestone.

Owned architecture and system design end-to-end: monorepo layout, AWS Lambda + DynamoDB + CloudFront on CDK, Neon Postgres with Drizzle, full-stack TypeScript on Next.js. Delivered in five months with a team of two.

Alongside the rewrite, introduced trunk-based CI/CD, automated end-to-end tests, preview environments, canary alarms, and production guardrails — moving deploy frequency from once every two to three weeks to roughly ten a day, with merge-to-production lead time down from about a week to under an hour, change failure rate under 1%, and MTTR under an hour.

Attunedのプラットフォーム全体をゼロから刷新する「New Attuned」を構想・計画・主導し、agentic engineeringを活用して進めました。最初のマイルストーンは、レガシーシステムとの機能同等性の達成でした。

アーキテクチャとシステム設計をエンドツーエンドで担当し、monorepo構成、AWS Lambda + DynamoDB + CloudFront on CDK、Neon Postgres with Drizzle、Next.js上のフルスタックTypeScriptを採用しました。2名体制で5か月のうちに提供しました。

刷新と並行して、trunk-based CI/CD、自動エンドツーエンドテスト、プレビュー環境、canary alarms、本番ガードレールも導入しました。その結果、デプロイ頻度は2〜3週間に1回から1日およそ10回へ、マージから本番反映までのリードタイムは約1週間から1時間未満へ短縮し、変更失敗率は1%未満、MTTRは1時間未満を実現しました。
