OutboxOutbox

Built “Outbox,” an internal email-template management tool for Attuned, after watching how long it took to create or edit a customer-facing email template through the existing process.

The change was entirely in workflow: templates went from a multi-day round trip to something anyone could edit and ship in minutes, without needing an engineer in the loop for routine changes.

既存プロセスでは、顧客向けメールテンプレートの新規作成や編集に長い時間がかかっているのを見て、Attuned向けの社内メールテンプレート管理ツール「Outbox」を構築しました。

変えたのはワークフローそのものでした。テンプレート対応は、数日単位の往復が必要な作業から、定型的な変更であればエンジニアを介さず、誰でも数分で編集して反映できるものになりました。
